Strategy Development
TTS is dedicated to the development of West Africa's textile and apparel industry and is currently making great strides in establishing textile and apparel industrial zones in the region. As part of this ambitious project, TTS has taken on the task of setting up factories within these zones, each of which will contribute to the growth of West Africa's textile and apparel sector.
To achieve this goal, TTS has developed a comprehensive strategy and implementation roadmap that outlines the steps necessary to bring the project to life. This includes a careful examination of the value chain in order to determine the manufacturing capacity required at each stage, product selection, product marketing, and the establishment of the factories themselves as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) role.
The first step in this process is the detailed planning and feasibility study to determine the manufacturing capacity at each stage of the value chain. This involved an examination of the resources available, the market demand for specific products, and the logistical considerations involved in bringing these products to market.
With the strategy in place and the products selected, TTS has now begun the process of setting up the factories themselves, under a PMC role, to ensure that the factories are sustainable and well-positioned for success. TTS will provide the necessary technical expertise, management support, and infrastructure to help the factories get off the ground, with a focus on achieving the highest possible standards of efficiency and quality.
Once the factories are up and running, TTS will continue to play a vital role in their management, providing ongoing support to ensure that they are operating at their full potential.
